Test and find your optimal fat burning and training zones for you to maximize your workouts. These 3 tests target your aerobic (fat burning), anaerobic threshold (AT - the tipping point at which your body stops burning fat as a fuel source) and anaerobic zones (when you burn more glycogen and carbs). Running is NOT required.
You will need: A treadmill, elliptical or indoor cycle bike. An Apple Watch or Polar Watch are highly recommended for best results.
Time: 60 min of your time. Stacie will prepare a recap, a sample training plan, and recommendations via email within 48 hours of test completion.
